The Heliot 100 Series is a truly portable, Dry Helium Leak Detector designed to reduce test time and increase productivity over traditional leak detection systems. ULVAC developed this leak detector to address the vacuum industry requirement for a portable, helium leak detector that uses a dry backing pump in place of the traditional oil sealed, rotary vacuum pump.
